The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' Center for Neurotechnology Studies hosted a special lunchtime lecture by Dr. Zhang Zhimin of the China Research Institute for Science Popularization (CRISP) of Beijing, China, on Tuesday, August 16. Allied with the China Association for Science and Technology, China's largest aggregate association of scientists and engineers, CRISP is China's premier institution dealing specifically with studies on science and technology communication.
