The Potomac Institute is pleased to announce the addition of the Center for Adaptation and Innovation (CAI). CAI was established in order to assist senior defense leaders grappling with the most demanding issues and problems posed by a complex and uncertain security environment.  The CAI team is comprised of General Al Gray, Mike Swetnam, LtGen George Flynn, Tom O’Leary, BGen David Reist, Dwight Lyons, Janelle Lor, and Pat Cheetham.
