From the International Center for Terrorism Studies (ICTS) at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies:

A Special Seminar on

The Palestinian-Israeli Conflict:

A Third Intifada or an Endgame?

Will the upsurge of violence in Jerusalem and the West Bank lead to a full-scale intifada with serious strategic implications? Is the two-state solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict still viable? Can renewed diplomatic efforts by the parties and the international community (including the discussions at the 70th session of the United Nations General Assembly) serve the cause of stability and lasting peace in the Middle East? These and related issues were analyzed by current and former government officials and academic experts with extensive practical experience in this field of security concerns.
