Capt. William Gravell, USN (Ret.) Adjunct Fellow

Captain Gravell's career-long focus has been on governmental activities related to information exploitation, protection, and attack. He was selected to create and serve as the first Chief of the Joint Staff Information Warfare/Assurance Division from 1994 to 1997 and recently completed his assignment as the Special Assistant for Information Policy and Strategy on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations Executive Panel. Captain Gravell retired from the Navy 2002.
