Kathryn Schiller, Research Assistant Kathryn Schiller joined the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies in May 2005, and her duties involve performing research, editing the quarterly newsletter, Focus, and maintaining the Potomac Institute website. Some of her recent projects include a neurotechnology study and support of the United States Nuclear Strategy Forum. Ms. Schiller attended the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political and Social Thought. She studied Cuban history and culture at the University of Havana, Cuba, and has traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Europe.
