ICTS Staff and Councils The activities of ICTS are guided by an International Research Council that offers recommendations for study on different aspects of terrorism, both conventional and unconventional. ICTS also serves as a coordination body for three consortia of universitites and think tanks throughout the world: the Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies; the Inter-University Center for Information Warfare and Cyber-Terrorism Studies; and the Inter-University Center for Science and Technology Studies.
