Mr. Cochran is Vice President of GAGE Business Consulting and Government Affairs, advising clients on terrorism and homeland security issues. Previously, he was senior oversight counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Financial Services and was also division director and senior analyst at the Commerce Department’s Office of Inspector General. Additionally, he is the Founder and Co-Editor of The Counterterrorism Blog.

Yonah Alexander
Director, Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies
Professor Alexander has authored over 95 books on counterterrorism issues and has over 35 years of service as a Professor and academic in counterterrorism studies. Most recently he is Co-Editor, The Evolution of U.S. Counterterrorism Policy [Three Volumes] (Praeger, 2008).

Michael B. Kraft
Counterterrorism Consultant
Mr. Kraft is a former senior advisor in the U.S. Department of State Office of the Coordinator for Counterterrorism, former Staff Director for the Senate Foreign Relations Middle East Subcommittee and former adjunct professor at the National Defense University. He is also a contributing expert to The Counterterrorism Blog and Co-Editor, The Evolution of U.S. Counterterrorism Policy [Three Volumes] (Praeger, 2008).

Jonathan Winer
Partner, Alston & Bird L.L.P.
Jonathan Winer is the former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Law Enforcement. He represents domestic and foreign clients on regulatory and enforcement matters as well as on a wide range of government affairs issues, including data protection and management, information security and privacy. His practice also includes a range of issues pertaining to sanctions, money laundering, and national security law. In addition, he is a contributing expert to The Counterterrorism Blog.
