On January 26, the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies  presented the initial seminar in a series that will address science, technology, and policy issues relative to cyber security. The initial seminar, “Cyber Challenge: Informing the Debate” featured LtGen Robert Schmidle, Deputy Commander, US Cyber Command; Mr. Philip Reitinger, Deputy Under Secretary of National Protection & Programs directorate, Department of Homeland Security; and Ambassador David Smith (Ret.), Senior Fellow, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies.
