The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies hosted a special "Brown Bag" Lunch with Senior Fellow Hugh Montgomery, author of Bureaucratic Nirvana: Life in the Center of the Box (Potomac Institute Press, 2010), on Thursday, April 7. The Midwest Book Review has called Bureaucratic Nirvana, which is an insider's guide to navigating the Pentagon's Science and Technology bureaucracy, "fascinating and enlightening."
