RADM Edward Masso, USN (Ret.), is a Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. In a recent interview with Stars & Stripes, he commented on the Pentagon's upcoming plan to unveil a comprehensive cyber policy. According to Stars & Stripes, that policy will officially declare cyberspace "a domain of warfare equal to land, sea and air in importance."   RADM Masso observes that in the event of certain types of serious cyber attacks against the US, the response is "going to fall to the military because they’re the most capable and that’s what the public will demand.”  Click here to read the article in full.
