Senior Fellow David Smith on Security in Cyberspace

Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Senior Fellow Amb. David Smith, (Ret.), is a former US arms negotiator and a defense, foreign affairs, and international security expert who currently serves as Director of the Georgian Security Analysis Center in Tbilisi, Georgia.  He writes and lectures frequently on cybersecurity and the role of electronic media in international security and foreign relations.  In comments to Reuters, he reacted to the Pentagon's evolving strategy for deterrence in cyberspace.
