Prof. Yonah Alexander is the Director of the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' International Center for Terrorism Studies.  In an address to the World Jewish Congress in Jerusalem, he warned that al-Qa'ida remains a threat despite recent blows to its leadership and organization. Prof. Alexander, who is the co-author with Institute CEO Michael Swetnam of the new book Al-Qa'ida: Ten Years After 9/11 and Beyond, gave a talk entitled Ticking Time Bomb: Understanding the Challenge of International Terror.
