February 4, 2005 News Release Arlington, VA -- On February 1, 2005, Potomac Institute Executive Vice President, Lt. Gen. Gregory Newbold, spoke before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations during a hearing on strategies for reshaping U.S. policy in Iraq and the Middle East. Gen. Newbold was one of three witnesses to speak on the subject. Other witnesses included Dr. Anthony H. Cordesman, Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Mr. Peter Khalil, Visiting Fellow at the Saban Center for the Middle East Policy.
