PIPS Senior Fellow on the Iran Nuclear Deal

Senior Fellow Dr. David Kay is a weapons non-proliferation expert and former head of the Iraq Survey Group. In The Good, bad and ugly from Iran Nuclear Deal, Dr. Kay outlines the dynamic undertakings of the arrangement.  In his PBS article, he states the good news being that there are now limitations on centrifuges, and the existing, more advanced, centrifuges are to be put in storage. Dr. Kay does point out that this is only an agreement outline, which will be difficult to enforce.  The International Atomic Energy Agency, which Dr. Kay was once the Chief Nuclear Weapons Inspector of, will require expansion before it is ready for the inspection task that this agreement will require.  Read more about his assessments on the Iran Nuclear Deal here.
