Hon. Tevi Troy, PhD, a Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies and an Adjunct Fellow at the Hudson Institute, spoke with Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and John P. Walters at the Hudson Institute.
