The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies is pleased to announce the creation of the new Potomac Institute Cyber Center, under the direction of Amb. David Smith (Ret.).  The PICC will offer multi-disciplinary technology policy expertise, experience, analysis and exposure to the discussion and development of cybersecurity in the democratic countries.  Areas of focus will include Department of Defense cyber doctrine, cyber terrorism, cyber warfare, public-private collaboration for the protection of privately-held critical infrastructure, international cyber policies and treaties, protection of intellectual property and copyright on the Internet, and other emerging areas of concern.
